Bilingual Warehouse Shift Lead
Location: The Colony, TX Starting Pay: $17/hour + Overtime Opportunities
Schedule
MondayFriday | 7:30 AM 4:30 PM Occasional Saturdays + Overtime Available
Position Overview
We are seeking a Bilingual Shift Lead to support daily warehouse operations, lead team members, and ensure productivity and safety standards are met. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who leads by example and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support warehouse team during daily operations
- Operate cherry picker and assist with order picking
- Load, unload, and move heavy materials
- Ensure productivity, accuracy, and safety standards are met
- Train and assist team members as needed
- Communicate effectively with staff and management
Requirements
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) REQUIRED
- Cherry picker experience PLUS
- Experience with shipping & receiving
- Basic computer skills (inventory systems, data entry, etc.)
- Ability to lift heavy materials consistently
- Previous warehouse or leadership experience preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
