Job TitleElectrical Maintenance TechnicianJob DescriptionThe Electrical Maintenance Technician will maintain, service, troubleshoot and repair electrical systems used in utilities and facilities areas. They will be required to work on a variety of electrical equipment ranging from lighting systems to power distribution, and motors.Responsibilities:Perform troubleshooting and repairs on all commercial and industrial equipment.Examples Variable Frequency DrivesMotors and ControlsPower Distribution SystemsLighting Management SystemsPerform preventive maintenance tasks on a large variety of equipment including infrared scanning and static bonding and grounding.Communicates, through various means, such as email, voicemail, and maintenance management system (Maximo) the status of ongoing work activities.Will work with voltages up to 13,200. Must have at a minimum experience with 480 volts.Completes all necessary training requirements including scheduled training, computer based, and any other training identified in development plan.Develop techniques as necessary to ascertain that newly acquired or developed performs in accordance with required specifications. Assists in establishing and documenting appropriate job plans, and other service protocols that may be required.Ensures that GxP and safe work policies and procedures are followed and always maintained in accordance with established company policies.Other responsibilities and duties as assigned by Group Leader, Supervisor, or SR Supervisor.QualificationsKnowledge and ability to use basic power tools and ability to apply proper hand and measuring tools in an industrial setting.HS diploma with 5+ yrs. experience or Relevant Certificate with 3+ yrs. experience or Associates Technical degree with 1+ yrs. experience.Compensation and BenefitsThe compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position. Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location, and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off (vacation, holidays, sick), medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.This job is eligible to participate in our short-term incentive programs.Note: No amount of pay is considered to be wages or compensation until such amount is earned, vested, and determinable. Employees who are site/office-based and can occasionally perform their role virtually work both in the office and remotely*, following the policies and regulations in place at their location. US Employees must be in the office on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday with flexibility to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays. Three days in the office is the minimum; some individuals or teams may require more in-office days due to meetings, business/project needs or their role.
