Job Description
- Residential building and remodeling contractor seeks detail-oriented carpenter able to perform most tasks associated with new home construction and home remodeling. Candidate must be comfortable in the trade, able to to follow directions, and able to work alone as well as with others. We enjoy a positive work environment with a focus on quality and hard work on a clean job site. Because we are a small company, you may be required to do any of the following:
- Rough framing
- Install windows and doors
- Hang and finish sheet rock
- Interior and exterior painting
- Identify, remove, and replace rotted building materials
- Light plumbing and electric
- Roofing and siding (at altitude)
- Dig a post hole and set a post
- Install hardwood flooring
- finish capentry
- Clean up work site
