We are looking for a Quality Inspector reporting to a Quality Engineer supporting the Switch assembly line.

YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

• Read and interpret drawings, schedules, inspection plans, control charts and validates documentation
• Assist production employees in performing standard assemblies
• Advise employees on how to adjust and use precision instruments
• Audit operations to ensure employees comply with BRP quality standards
• Analyze data and make recommendations to improve processes
• Collaborate with other departments to solve problems effectively

YOU'LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES:

Required:

• High School Diploma required.
• 1-3 yrs experience working in a manufacturing environment.
• Previous BRP quality experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Solid written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-starter with ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work in a team and with a diverse group of individuals.
• Computer skills.
• Positive attitude.
• Analyze data and make recommendations to improve processes.
