Detail-oriented role with room to grow into survey work. WHAT YOU'LL DO Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently to finish grade Perform daily walk-around inspections and basic maintenance Read grade stakes and work with GPS machine-control systems Coordinate with foremen, grade checkers, and truck drivers on site Follow all company and OSHA safety practices WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR 2+ years operating heavy equipment (grading experience preferred) Valid driver's license; CDL a plus Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen Reliable, safety-minded, and willing to work outdoors year-round BENEFITS Health insurance and 401(k) with company match Paid time off and paid holidays Steady, year-round work with overtime opportunities Training and advancement — many of our foremen started in the seat #J-18808-Ljbffr
