We're currently hiring a Full-Time Caregiver with CNA experience to provide compassionate, one-on-one care for clients in the Carlsbad area. Full-Time Opportunity

What You'll Do

As a caregiver, you'll provide personalized care that helps seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
• Safe transfers and mobility assistance
• Toileting and incontinence care
• Meal preparation and feeding assistance
• Medication reminders
• Light housekeeping and laundry
• Transportation to appointments and errands
• Companionship and meaningful conversation
• Monitoring client well-being and communicating changes with the care team

What We're Looking For

• Current or previous CNA experience strongly preferred
• Experience providing hands-on personal care
• Compassionate, dependable, and patient
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and follow individualized care plans
• A genuine passion for improving the lives of older adults

Qualifications

• Professional caregiving or CNA experience required
• Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance
• Ability to pass a background check
• Negative TB test (or willingness to obtain one)
• Home Care Aide (HCA) registration preferred or willingness to obtain after hire
