Position Summary The Product Manager, Global Hermetic Feedthroughs, owns the strategic and commercial success of Sensience’s global hermetic electrical feedthrough portfolio. This role is responsible for managing and scaling glass-to-metal hermetic technologies globally, driving revenue growth, margin expansion, lifecycle management, and customer value creation in mission critical solutions across HVAC, refrigeration, industrial, aerospace and defense industries. Enabling safe and reliable transmission of power and signals in sealed, high-pressure, and harsh environments Position Responsibilities Own and manage the global hermetic feedthrough portfolio Develop and execute global product roadmaps Define and lead value-based product positioning Drive pricing strategy and margin expansion Lead new product introductions (NPI) Translate voice of customer into product strategy Collaborate with Engineering on design and materials Partner with Operations on manufacturability and cost Optimize product lifecycle and SKU portfolio Support sales enablement and application positioning Deliver executive updates and identify growth opportunities Technical Scope Glass-to-metal sealing High-pressure and vacuum systems Electrical feedthrough design Materials engineering and reliability testing Position Requirements Requires a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business In an engineering or science-related field with a passion for business marketing, or In a business marketing field with clear technical capabilities and financial analytics MBA preferred Requires a minimum of five (5) years of relevant industry and product management, product marketing, strategic planning or a closely related role in Industrial, HVAC, sensing, or technology driven markets Demonstrated ability to manage products across the full lifecycle from concept through launch, growth, and end-of-life. Strong business acumen with experience in pricing, margin analysis, and profitability improvement. Ability to translate technical concepts and customer pain points into clear product strategies and commercial outcomes. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Smartsheet, CRM/ERP systems). Experience working with customers and internal stakeholders at all organizational levels.
