Job Description Job Description Digital Product Manager — Dealer Portal Initiative We're looking for a Digital Product Manager to lead a new dealer-facing digital product from the ground up — a portal solution built to serve larger clients through our dealer network. You'll own the roadmap, define requirements, and guide a cross-functional team (design, PM, and SMEs) through discovery to launch. What You'll Do Own and execute the product roadmap and backlog, balancing business value, customer impact, and technical complexity Define requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria Lead cross-functional initiatives from discovery through launch and optimization Use customer feedback, analytics, and market insight to drive product decisions Partner with stakeholders across business and technology to align priorities and influence direction Track performance metrics and continuously improve product outcomes What You Bring Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience) 5+ years in product management, digital commerce, or a related digital role Experience with e-commerce platforms and customer-facing web/mobile applications Proficiency with tools like Smartsheet, Asana, and Microsoft Office Agile/Scrum or Kanban experience preferred Product management certification a plus (CSPO, Pragmatic Institute, SAFe POPM) Experience in contract office furniture or dealer networks a plus Skills: Product strategy Roadmapping Data-driven decision making Stakeholder communication Complex problem solving Agile delivery #J-18808-Ljbffr
