Packer Associate OpportunitySurestaff is immediately hiring Packer Associates for a manufacturing client in Pleasant Prairie, WI. We are seeking dependable and safety-conscious Packaging Associates to join our team. This role involves performing physically demanding tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate will be able to work efficiently, communicate effectively, and follow all safety procedures. Surestaff is invested in their team members! All temp-to-hire employees are offered competitive compensation ($16.31-$18.11/hr). As well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision). Pay increase after 30 consecutive days. Available shifts include: 1st Shift: 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM (Monday - Friday) 3rd Shift: 10:30 PM - 7:00 AM (Sunday - Thursday) Training Schedule: Must work workdays until fully trained.Responsibilities of the Packer Associate:Perform heavy-duty physical tasks involving frequent standing and walkingLift, carry, push, and pull materials as requiredOperate around moving mechanical parts and heavy machinery safelyFollow written and verbal instructions accuratelyCommunicate effectively with supervisors and team membersMaintain a clean and organized work areaAdhere to all company safety policies and proceduresPhysical Requirements:Frequent standing and walking throughout the shiftAbility to exert: Up to 50 pounds of force occasionally Up to 25 pounds of force frequently Up to 10 pounds of force constantlySpecific vision abilities required include: Close vision Distance vision Color vision Peripheral vision Depth perception Ability to adjust focusCorrected visual acuity to 20/20Physical agility to move quickly and safely around moving mechanical parts and heavy machineryAbout Surestaff:At Surestaff, we are dedicated to helping individuals unlock their career potential through meaningful job opportunities.
