About the Role

• Position : Full-Time Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA)

• Setting : Outpatient primary care

• Patient Population : All ages (pediatrics through geriatrics)

• Clinical Scope : Preventive care, chronic disease management, acute care, and wellness visits

• Schedule : Full-time, regular business hours

Important Requirement: Must hold an active and unrestricted California medical license at the time of application.
