EUCS Cloud Infrastructure Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking a hands-on EUCS Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to support the End User Content Solutions (EUCS) squad, which designs, delivers, and supports enterprise SaaS platforms including Box, Google Workspace, Qualtrics, Microsoft Forms , and SIMPL, an internal SaaS onboarding and lifecycle management platform.

The engineer will be involved in solution design, implementation, automation, production support, and L3 escalation , working closely with Product Owners, SaaS vendors, and internal engineering teams to deliver secure, scalable, and resilient SaaS integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support cloud-based tooling and services, including SaaS application onboarding, integration design, tooling development, documentation, and production support .

• Design and implement scalable SaaS integration and lifecycle management solutions.

• Improve platform reliability through automation, CI/CD, and DevOps practices .

• Act as an escalation point for complex production issues and coordinate with SaaS vendors.

• Ensure solutions comply with risk, security, change management, and operational standards .

• Participate in an engineering on-call rotation approximately 1 week every 8 weeks .

• Contribute to platform modernization and continuous-improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of application development experience with .NET and C# .

• Strong experience with enterprise SaaS and cloud platforms such as Box, Google Workspace, Qualtrics, and Microsoft 365 .

• Experience with SaaS onboarding, lifecycle management, integrations, and automation .

• Strong knowledge of enterprise authentication and identity integrations, including OAuth, OIDC, and SAML .

• Solid networking fundamentals with hands-on experience in web proxy and load-balancing technologies .

• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.

• Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with GenAI development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, GPT, Gemini, or Grok .

• Strong understanding of SDLC, Git-based version control, CI/CD pipelines, and release management .

• Exposure to Podman and Kubernetes .

• Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies.

• Strong continuous-improvement mindset with an interest in automation and AI-driven innovation .

Ideal Candidate

A senior, hands-on engineer with strong C#/.NET, SaaS, cloud integration, identity, networking, and DevOps expertise. The ideal candidate can independently troubleshoot complex production environments, work effectively with vendors and internal teams, and contribute to the modernization and automation of enterprise SaaS platforms.
