Position Summary Center of Hope, part of Saint Francis, is seeking a Primary Care- Advanced Practice Provider to support continued primary care expansion and access initiatives across the Delaware market. Full-service Family Medicine Center providing primary care to a medically underserved population in the Newark area, with a strong focus on the Latino community. The practice emphasizes cultural component care, supported by a bilingual care team committed to delivering inclusive, patient-centered services.
