About the Opportunity
Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Production Operators for a leading manufacturing supplier located in Marshall, MN. If you enjoy a fast-paced environment and want reliable hours with weekly pay, this job could be a great fit. Read below for more information!
What You'll Do as the Production Operator:
- Operate equipment to perform alignment, masking, potting, encapsulating, epoxy, and color coding
- Read work orders, follow production drawings, and sample assemblies
- Tend to machine that wind, solder, and test components
- Perform online testing and inspection to ensure parts/assemblies meet production specifications
- Assemble components, attach hardware, and adjust/trim material to achieve electrical characteristics
What You Need to Bring to the Production Operator Role:
- Ability to use a microscope for 8 hours daily and follow instructions
- Strong and effective verbal and written communication
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to sit for an entire shift
- Willingness to work with small parts
