Middle School Softball Head Coach SY26/27 Window Rock Unified School District #8 Tsehootsooi Middle School - Fort Defiance, Arizona Starting Date: Immediately Job Description Window Rock Athletic Department is in search of a Middle School Softball Head Coach. The district serves a community of excellent athletes. The athletic programs are strongly supported by the community and the school. We are looking for coaches with the heart of educators and a passion for student athletes. Job Requirements All WRUSD #8 Coaches must have: Arizona Department of Public Safety Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card ($ Fee) NFHS Fundamentals of Coaching ($35 Fee) Concussion in Sports – “What You Need to Know” (Free Course) Current First Aid/CPR ($ Fee) All Head Coaches (Certified and Non-Certified) must have the following: Arizona Teaching Certificate and/or NFHS Level 3 Certification, which includes: Fundamentals of Coaching ($35 Fee) First Aid, Health and Safety ($35 Fee) Protecting Students from Abuse (Free Course) Concussion in Sports (Free Course) Sudden Cardiac Arrest (Free Course) Heat Illness Prevention (Free Course) Bullying, Hazing and Inappropriate Behaviors (Free Course) Strength and Conditioning ($50 Fee) Teaching and Modeling Behavior (Free Course) Engaging Effectively with Parents (Free Course) Sportsmanship (Free Course) Student Mental Health and Suicide Prevention (Free Course) “Sport Specific Course” or “Teaching of Sport Skills” if sport is not offered ($ Fee) All Assistant Coaches (Certified and Non-Certified) must have the following: Arizona Teaching Certificate and/or NFHS Level 1 Certification, which includes: Fundamentals of Coaching ($35 Fee) Protecting Students from Abuse (Free Course) Concussion in Sports (Free Course) Sudden Cardiac Arrest (Free Course) All WRUSD #8 Football Coaches must complete the NFHS “Heads up Football” Courses: Concussion in Sports (Free Course) Heat Illness Prevention (Free Course) Sudden Cardiac Arrest (Free Course) Job Details Position Type: Part‑Time Salary: up to $2,500 Per Season Contact Information Trudi Anderson , HR Specialist Human Resources Phone: View phone number on click.appcast.io Email: View email address on click.appcast.io #J-18808-Ljbffr Young World Physical Education
