Part-Time Receptionist

Responsibilities Greets all visitors entering the community, answers questions, ensures visitors sign guest sheets, and directs phone calls to the proper residents and staff. Sorts, delivers, and collects incoming/outgoing community and resident mail, and may be asked to perform basic office/clerical functions, maintaining visitor logs. Responds to resident emergencies by calling appropriate internal and external parties based on community protocol.
