Community Health WorkerWe are seeking a compassionate and skilled Community Health Worker to join our team and make a meaningful impact on the health and well-being of our patients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the mobile clinic to various locations, assisting with patient check-in, and ensuring the smooth operation of the clinic on wheels. This role combines clinical duties with the unique responsibility of managing a mobile healthcare unit.As a Community Health Worker you will:Safely drive the mobile medical clinic to pre-arranged community locationsEnsure the vehicle is stocked, organized, and operational; promptly report any mechanical or equipment issuesSet up the clinic and prepare it to serve patientsMaintain accurate records of schedules, locations, and patient flowPerform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspectionsOversee all aspects of clinic operationsGreet patients, explain available services, and ensure they feel comfortable during their visitsAssist with data collection to assess community health needs and improve servicesFollow all safety protocols, including proper handling of medical supplies and maintaining patient confidentialityComply with health, safety, transportation, and mobile healthcare regulationsHelp maintain cleanliness and hygiene within the mobile clinicQualifications & RequirementsValues: Value all people and have a desire to be a Servant LeaderAttitude: Embrace our culture and our SERVICE valuesEducation: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree or certification in healthcare, community health, or a related field is a plusExperience: Proven experience in community health, patient outreach, or a related field is preferredCPR or BLS certified preferredRole Specific Training: Narcan and Motivational Interview trainingPerformance: Able and willing to provide world-class service to all stakeholdersProven experience in community health, patient outreach, or a related field is preferredCPR or BLS certified preferredTalents & AbilitiesCapable of lifting 50 pounds and assisting in setting up mobile clinic equipmentValid driver's license with a clean driving record; ability to drive a large vehicle (mobile clinic)Ability to drive for extended periodsAbility to communicate effectively with diverse populations and build rapport with community membersBasic knowledge of health education, preventative care, and community resourcesStrong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work independently as well as part of a team in both indoor and outdoor settingsStrong awareness of safety protocols and commitment to maintaining a safe workspaceOur Every-Day SERVICE ValuesWe live by our SERVICE values: Speed, Extraordinary Effort, Results, Valuing People, Integrity, Creativity, and Entertain Always.Work Environment100% OnsiteTravel to various community locations, often in underserved or rural areasFlexible working hours, including some evenings, overnight stays, or weekends, depending on the clinic's scheduleSalary & Benefits80 PTO hours available after the first 60 days of serviceMedical insurance – 100% employer contribution, participating plans$10K Life insurance – 100% employer contributionDental/Vision – employee contribution401K – 120 days eligibility is fully vested with up to a 4% matchWeekly payday, every FridayQuarterly profit sharing, up to 20% of annual wages.We are committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
