Leading a high-performing team, the full-time COBRA Operations Supervisor will manage daily COBRA operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and drive team performance in a remote or hybrid setting. Key responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop the COBRA Operations team while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous learning Oversee daily operations, monitor KPIs, and implement action plans to enhance service levels and operational metrics Serve as the primary escalation point for complex customer issues and collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional client outcomes Required qualifications 3+ years of COBRA administration or employee benefits operations experience 2+ years of leadership experience in coaching, mentoring, and employee development Experience leading customer support or operations teams Proficiency in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding talent Experience using metrics and KPIs to manage performance and drive improvements
