Sell Shelter Insurance products and develop prospects in your agency market. What is Required / Qualifications A motivated attitude and an entrepreneurial spirit with the capacity to communicate effectively with clients in a sales atmosphere. Some sales experience and a degree with general business courses is helpful, but not required. Training and education: in-house and virtual new agent training schools, plus continuing industry education courses. No capital/assets are required on hand to be considered for an agency. Shelter does not loan money to begin an agency; the opportunity is provided with expectations to meet sales requirements and core business proficiencies.
