Compensation & Benefits $65 per billable hour – LCSW-C, LCPC, LMFT (independently licensed) $45 per billable hour – LMSW, LGPC (requires supervision) CEU reimbursement (up to $150 annually) Free supervision for eligible clinicians Opportunities to mentor or grow into leadership roles 401(k) with 3% company match Employee Assistance Program Company‑paid life insurance policy ($25,000) Ongoing training & CEU support What You’ll Do Provide individual and family therapy via secure telehealth Conduct intakes and develop client‑centered treatment plans Collaborate with PMHNPs, psychiatrists, and fellow clinicians Complete timely documentation in our EHR Support families with education and care coordination Qualifications Active Georgia license: LGPC, LCPC, LMSW, or LCSW‑C Comfortable working independently in a remote setting Experience or strong interest in working with children, teens, and families Bilingual (Spanish) strongly preferred Equal Opportunity Employer Backpack Health is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
