RN Rapid Response

Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse specializing in Rapid Response. This is a night shift position focusing on providing critical care in an emergency setting. The role requires expertise in IV insertion, Foley catheter insertion, NG tube insertion, and assisting providers with various procedures common to an emergency department. RNs will run point of care labs and be responsible for setting up and adjusting respiratory equipment for patients. A team-oriented attitude and the ability to provide patient-centered care are essential in this role. New facility with all new equipment, offering the chance to develop skills in running BiPAP and ventilator equipment. The team is in the process of being fully staffed, and candidates will support a growing department. Every other weekend commitment is required. Must-Have: Required certifications and experience. Positive, flexible, team-oriented, patient-centered personality. Experienced ED RN comfortable with commonly seen ED chief complaints as well as care of trauma patients.
