Travel Registered Respiratory Therapist - $1,893 per week

Job Overview TNAA TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel Registered Respiratory Therapist for a 13‑week assignment in Manchester, New Hampshire. Specialty: Registered Respiratory Therapist Discipline: Allied Health Professional Duration: 13 weeks Hours: 36 hours per week Shift: 12‑hour nights Employment Type: Travel Responsibilities Administer a variety of simple and complex respiratory and cardiology modalities to patients. Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date patient records/documentation. Clean, disinfect, assemble, calibrate, and maintain respiratory and cardiology equipment and accessories; evaluate equipment for proper and safe function and report malfunctions to the director. Perform arterial puncture and analyze samples according to procedure guidelines. Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and other hospital personnel to optimize continuum of care for patients. Respond to emergent situations that may require respiratory support. Physical Requirements Must be able to stand and walk for long periods, bend, lean or stoop without difficulty; lift up to 20 pounds routinely and, as needed, up to 50 pounds. Must have adequate visual acuity, including close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception, and focus adjustment. Qualifications Minimum 1 year of recent acute care experience. Must possess BLS and ACLS; PALS and NRP may be required in some areas. Must be a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) and hold NBRC certification. Experience with 12‑hour night shifts is preferred. Additional Requirements Other certifications may be required before beginning an assignment. Compensation and Job ID Job ID: #1427854.
