Bartender, Ladd's Tavern (FT)

Job Overview The Bartender position at Pendry, part of Montage International, supports entertaining guests by preparing beverages and ensuring service excellence. Responsibilities Interact one on one with guests, take orders, make cocktails, upsell, ensure guest satisfaction, and anticipate guest needs. Exhibit proper knowledge, selling techniques, and service delivery of both non‑alcoholic and alcoholic beverages, and any menu items offered. Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the bar, stocking with appropriate products and supplies. Work as a team and effectively communicate with management, bartenders, and service staff. Deliver on guests’ expectations and create WOW moments. Perform additional duties as assigned outside the normal scope of duties based on business needs. Qualifications Enjoy spirits, wine, and food. Have basic communication skills. Be open to learning, developing, and growing personally and helping others do the same. Be trustworthy and have integrity. Must Haves Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays. Ability to collaborate in a team environment. Prior bartending and micros or other systems experience. Luxury hotel experience is a plus. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and exercise mobility for extended periods of time during the scheduled shift. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly for extended periods during the shift. Ability to push and pull food serving equipment and carts weighing up to 200 pounds on a semi‑regular basis.
