Client Service Representative

Exciting News! Our veterinary hospital is reopening in April 2026 , and we are looking for passionate veterinary professionals to help us rebuild and grow our team.

Mountain View Veterinary Clinic is looking for a personable and skilled Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our team! As the primary point of contact at our clinic, you will play a crucial role in ensuring every client interaction-whether over the phone or in person-results in a positive and memorable impression. Your ability to create a welcoming environment and deliver exceptional service will be key to our success.

• Salary: $15 - 18 per hour depending on experience and education
• Schedule: Full-time, 4/10's - variable days based on business days. May include weekends.
• Location: 1333 Plaza Blvd E, Central Point, OR 97502

Who You Are:

If you have a professional, friendly personality and love to help people and their pets, you will fit right in with our Client Service Team!

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 1+ years of customer service experience in a veterinary, dental, or medical clinical setting required
• 1+ years using a Point-of Sale (POS) system preferred
• Experience processing financial transactions, payment plans, billing and insurance preferred
• Knowledge of veterinary medical terminology and procedures preferred
• Technologically proficient and comfortable with veterinary or medical record keeping software and other digital communication tools
• Professional and friendly phone etiquette
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Very detail-oriented
• Demonstrated ability to multitask and perform in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
• Ensure a clean, safe and organized work environment
