Job Description Salary: 40-45 School-based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) and SLPA Supervisor Perkinston, MS PALS Pediatric Therapy PALS Pediatric Therapy is seeking a dynamic and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our growing team in Perkinston, MS. In this role, you will provide exceptional speech and language services to children in school settings, while also supervising and mentoring Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs). Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of students' speech and language abilities. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address communication disorders. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to student care. Supervise and provide clinical guidance to SLPAs, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress and treatment plans. Participate in professional development activities to stay abreast of current best practices. Qualifications Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program. ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required. Mississippi state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist. Experience working with pediatric populations in a school setting preferred.
