What you will be doing:

• Serve as the welcoming first impression of Well Spa, creating a warm, professional, and memorable experience for every guest.
• Greet clients upon arrival, process pre-treatment paperwork, and personally guide guests to the spa to ensure a seamless and relaxing start to their visit.
• Schedule, manage, and confirm appointments while maintaining accuracy and efficiency in the booking process.
• Build guest relationships by recommending personalized services and retail products that enhance the spa experience, encourage repeat visits, and support revenue goals.
• Ensure guest inquiries are handled promptly and professionally, providing exceptional service in person, over the phone, and through digital communication channels.

Position Requirements:

• A passion for hospitality, wellness, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Confidence in recommending and selling products and services based on client needs.

Job Type: Part Time, Hourly Pay Rate: $16 $17.50
