Non-CDL Delivery Driver

Hire Up Staffing is currently seeking a dependable and customer-focused Non-CDL Delivery Driver for a client in West Palm Beach, FL.

Pay: $23.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday through Friday

Hours: 6:00 AM until deliveries are completed

In this role, you will safely operate a 24-foot automatic flatbed truck equipped with a liftgate to deliver electrical equipment to customer locations. Approximately 80% of your workday will be spent driving, with the remaining time dedicated to unloading materials and ensuring deliveries are completed accurately and efficiently.

• Safely operate a 24-foot automatic flatbed delivery truck.
• Deliver electrical equipment to customers on scheduled routes.
• Load, unload, and safely transport materials using liftgates, pallet jacks, dollies, and hand trucks.
• Obtain customer signatures and delivery confirmations.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation.
• Communicate with dispatch regarding deliveries, delays, or route changes.
• Keep the delivery vehicle clean and report any maintenance concerns.
• Follow assigned delivery routes while maintaining excellent customer service.
• Adhere to all DOT regulations, company policies, and traffic laws.
• Make safety the top priority during every delivery.

Qualifications

• Valid Non-CDL Driver's License (Class C, D, or E).
• 3–5 years of professional driving experience operating large vehicles.
• Must be at least 21 years of age (insurance requirement).
• Clean driving record with no moving violations.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to safely maneuver and park large vehicles.
