Job Summary
Registered Nurse (RN) Medical Surgical Floor Wenatchee, WA. This position involves providing high-quality patient care in a compassionate manner within the medical surgical specialty. The RN is responsible for developing and implementing individualized care plans, administering medications, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure patient safety and well-being.

Job Details

• Shift: Nights, 3-day 12-hour shifts, minimum 36 hours per week
• Required to have a Washington State / Compact Registered Nurse licensure.
• Required to maintain active Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
• Responsibilities include coordinating patient care, performing nursing procedures, documenting accurately, and assessing patient conditions.
• Must be willing to float as a sitter and between the organizations Mares and Central Campuses, including Mares Rehabilitation and Medical Surgical units.
• Develops and reassesses patient care plans, provides education, and delegates tasks appropriately.
• Adheres to policies, standards, and legal guidelines, keeping current with legal aspects of nursing practice.
• Completes holistic assessments and ensures a safe environment for patients and staff.
