Implementation Specialist

This position works closely with the IT development, training, and support groups to ensure successful adoption of IT solutions throughout the company. Reports to: Director of IT

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology Management, or related studies
• 5+ years of experience with project communication, business analysis, and training development
• Demonstrable experience in applying structured methodologies to lead change management activities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Competency in MS Word, Excel, and Power Point

Working Conditions: This position operates in a professional office environment and is largely a sedentary role.

Supervisory Responsibilities: No

Essential Job Functions:

• Develop implementation strategies, rollout plans, schedules, training materials, training events, and project communications
• Coordinate resources and administer training events
• Assist with IT training, data analysis, and application support for new location start-ups, acquisitions, and software pilot programs
