Benchmark Companies is seeking a skilled Operations Administrator to support our regional landscape mulch installation operations. We are a dynamic, focused and driven team looking to welcome a new addition that fits our branch needs:

- support and work in conjunction with our Human Resources team
- support leadership in all divisions with administrative tasks, inventory, procurement
- resourceful, reliable, punctual, present, at work, during scheduled days unless planned time off has been approved

- experience in logistics, dispatch, scheduling fleet and crews
- strong sense of accountability and project completion communication
- ability to balance customer expectations with operational capabilities to maintain service quality
- support cross-market operations by assisting with planning and coordination daily
- solutions-driven character trait, collaboration with teams out of the region via virtual meetings, phone calls and written communication combined
- adaptability to growing company needs
Position would be approximately 7:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday - Friday. The field team works on weekends depending on scheduled projects
