Role responsibilities include:

• Allocate 6570% of time to active prospecting, self sourcing business, building a book from the ground up, and driving new client acquisition.
• Build, develop, enrich and manage new and existing relationships with business clients.
• Deliver financial expertise and client-centric solutions that build strong, long-term relationships.
• Assess and attend to clients' banking needs.
• Educate clients on available deposit and loan products and services.
• Recommend financial solutions based on each client's unique goals and needs.
• Partner effectively with Treasury Management, Merchant Services and Business Banking Credit Card teams.

Basic Qualifications- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience- Five to seven years of relevant experience

Preferred Skills/Experience- Knowledge of local market-Strong business to business sales skills, with the ability to independently source and grow a book of business- Strong business development acumen, grounded in effective sales practices and process discipline- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to partner across multiple business lines- Proven track record onboarding and retaining businesses with annual revenues between $2.5MM and $50MM-Consistent track record of meeting measurable performance goals across quantitative and qualitative metrics

Location The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule. If not prospecting and meeting with clients, there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week with the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.

Pay Range: $117,630.00 - 143,770.00
