Deliver individualized speech therapy sessions concentrating on language, voice, fluency, and swallowing challenges.

Engage in teamwork with physical therapists, occupational therapists, nurses, doctors, caregivers, and families to devise integrated care plans.

Educate patients and their families to facilitate progress between appointments.

Support occasional inpatient evaluations and interventions, ensuring seamless continuity of care throughout their health journeys.

Be meticulous with accurate and punctual documentation in compliance with state, federal, and institutional standards.

Remain informed about new advances in speech pathology through ongoing education and collaboration with colleagues.

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from a recognized program.

Completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if you haven't yet achieved ASHA certification.

Licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist in Ohio.

Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within the first 30 days of hire.

Expertise in evidence-based methodologies for various ages, alongside a strong grasp of developmental and acquired speech, language, and swallowing disorders.

Superior interpersonal skills for effective communication with patients, families, and multidisciplinary care teams.
