Machine Operator - Temp to hire
Machine Operator to run the Full-House Machines. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

Pay Rate:
$17-$24

Schedule/Hours:
1st shift: 6:45 AM - 7:15 PM - Must be able to work continental shift that rotates 6 weeks days, 6 weeks night, repeat. This will change in January 2027 to desired shift.
3rd Shift: 7:15 PM - 6:45 AM - Must be able to work continental shift that rotates 6 weeks days, 6 weeks night, repeat. This will change in January 2027 to desired shift.

Responsibilities:

• Carry out production, inspection, packaging, and machine operation duties
• Set up machinery and ensure all materials are readily available
• Effectively monitor and operate equipment and machinery for production
• Maintain a safe and clean workspace
• Follow established safety rules and regulations
• Perform related duties and fulfill responsibilities as required
• Perform appropriate duties as assigned by management
• Requirements
• Knowledge of methods, equipment, and materials as they relate to the type of work being performed.
• knowledge of machines in a manufacturing environment
• Team-oriented and self-directed
• Communication skills
• Committed to quality and safety.
• Follow established safety rules and regulations
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to perform all physical requirements of the position.
• Must pass drug screening and background check
• Must be able to perform other duties assigned by Supervisor or Manager
• Familiar with quality inspection
• Must be able to work continental shift that rotates 6 weeks days, 6 weeks night, repeat
