About the Role:

The Prevention Manager plays a critical role in developing, implementing, and overseeing comprehensive prevention strategies aimed at reducing risks and promoting safety within the organization and the communities it serves. Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in prevention program management or a similar role.

• Proven ability to develop and implement effective prevention strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage diverse audiences.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in a relevant discipline.
• Experience working within community-based organizations or public sector agencies.
• Certification in prevention or risk management (e.g., Certified Prevention Specialist).
• Familiarity with data analysis software and program evaluation techniques.
• Demonstrated success in grant writing and securing funding for prevention initiatives.

Responsibilities:
