Bilingual Front Desk Receptionist

Location: Studio City, CA 91604 (Ventura Blvd. & Vineland Blvd.)

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (in office with 1-hour lunch)

Pay Rate: $21.00 – $23.00 per hour

Here’s What You’ll Be Doing

As our Front Desk Receptionist, you’ll be the central hub of communication in our office. You’ll keep things running efficiently by owning both the details and the experience, from managing phone calls to keeping records tidy and accurate.

You’ll also:

• Open the office promptly by 8:00 AM every weekday, ready to greet guests and start the day
• Answer multi-line phone calls with warmth and professionalism, directing them as needed
• Greet and assist walk-in visitors, tenants, vendors, and delivery personnel
• Receive rent and move-in funds, notify appropriate departments, and issue receipts
• Sort and distribute mail, manage deliveries, and keep reception and kitchen areas stocked and orderly
• Scan, file, and update digital records using AppFolio and internal systems
• Track keys, supplies, and documentation with detail and accuracy
• Assist with basic correspondence and clerical projects as needed

This is a fast-paced, detail-sensitive role where organization and presence matter every single day.

You Have These Qualifications

• You have 1+ year of front desk, receptionist, or admin experience (bonus if it's in property management)
• You type at least 45 WPM and are quick with email, scanning, and managing tasks digitally
• You’re fluent in Spanish and English, both written and verbal
• You’re 100% reliable and have no issues arriving on time by 8:00 AM—every day
• You’re looking to grow long-term with a company that will invest in your career

• You’re familiar with AppFolio, Yardi, or other property management platforms
• You’ve worked in property management, real estate, or high-volume customer service
• You’re naturally organized and love keeping both digital and physical files tidy
• You’ve got a professional, confident phone presence and a warm in-person demeanor
