Complete in-home plumbing repairs (faucet, toilet, water heater replacements, etc.)
Build rapport with customers and provide expert recommendations
Educate customers on financing options and maintenance plans
Keep your service truck stocked, clean, and organized
Work with our customer service & dispatch teams for smooth operations
️ Train and mentor apprentices to help grow the next generation of plumbers
Maintain accurate invoices, timecards, and option sheets
✔ 2+ year of service plumbing experience
✔ Excellent customer service & communication skills
✔ Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
✔ Self-motivated, accountable, and driven to succeed
✔ Professionalism—neat, punctual, and courteous
✔ A positive, can-do attitude
