As a Business Broker, you will help connect buyers and sellers of privately held companies with revenues of up to $100 million. You will work closely with business owners, prospective buyers, attorneys, accountants, lenders, and other professionals to guide transactions from initial engagement through successful closing.

• Develop relationships with business owners interested in selling their companies.

• Identify and qualify prospective buyers.

• Facilitate communications and negotiations between buyers and sellers.

• Coordinate with attorneys, accountants, lenders, and other advisors throughout the transaction process.

• Manage multiple opportunities while maintaining exceptional client service.

• Guide clients through every stage of the business sale process.

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.

• Professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.

• Experience in sales, finance, consulting, business ownership, or professional services is helpful but not required.

Successful Business Brokers have the opportunity to earn between $50,000 and $240,000+ annually, depending on performance and business activity.
