Responsibilities Identify and secure new listings through effective prospecting and networking. Perform accurate Comparative Market Analyses (CMAs) to guide sellers on pricing strategies. Maintain regular communication with sellers, ensuring they are informed throughout the process. Negotiate contracts and offers to achieve the best possible terms for clients. Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless experience for sellers, utilizing our systems and administrative support. Stay up-to-date with local market trends and adjust strategies as necessary. Qualifications Proven track record of successfully listing and selling properties. In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market. Expertise in conducting and presenting CMAs. Strong negotiation, communication, and client management skills. Active real estate license required.
