Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to neonatal patients in the Intensive Care Unit setting
• Monitor and assess the condition of critically ill newborns and respond appropriately to changes in patient status
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in the medical record
• Support and educate families of NICU patients regarding care, procedures, and progress

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Minimum of 2 years of NICU nursing experience
• Current BLS certification (additional certifications such as NRP may be required)
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
• Compliance with all facility health, background, and credentialing requirements

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in a Level II or Level III NICU environment
• Prior travel nursing experience with the ability to adapt quickly to new facilities and workflows
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
