Benefits at Jet Industries:Affordable Medical/Vision & Dental coverage for you and your family.Retirement Program 401K Matching (3%).A safety-first, family-like workplace.Paid Holidays (6 Days) and PTO.Employer-paid life and AD&D insurance.A diverse internal training program, Jet University, is available to the team.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESCommunicates, maintains, and fosters relationships with the General Contractor, Architect, Engineer, Owner, and other stakeholdersAttends project meetingsPlans all phases of the construction lifecycle from initiation to completionAssists with reviewing project contractual agreements to eliminate the scope gap and scope creepTracks project labor and material budgetsAssists with an initial schedule of values setup from the contract as approved by the Jet Management teamFills out a schedule of values for monthly billingsAssumes responsibility for the project, including accurate, timely, and relevant reporting to the General Contractor and Jet Management teamCommunicate project progress to include deliveries, manpower, and delays with the General Contractor and Jet Management teamRegularly visits projects to assess performance, progress, and quality and to ensure connectivity with the field, clients, and other tradesResponsible for project documentation i.e., writes, logs, sends, and tracks project documents to include RFI’s, change orders, plan sets, submittals, operations and maintenance manuals, permits, daily logs, etc.Ensures field personnel have the appropriate tools, materials, and documentation to complete the projectResponsible for material take-off accuracy and completion in coordination with the project foreman/superintendentWorks with the Purchasing Agent for procurement of project equipment and materials per the project scheduleTracks and communicates material deliveries with the fieldFacilitates site logistics to include: conxes, water, heavy equipment, safety, access, parking, etc.Reviews and tracks project schedulesReviews and prices project documents for changes such as ASI’s per contract documents and timelinesEvaluate construction methods and determine the cost-effectiveness of plans and actual work.Takes actions to deal with the results of delays, bad weather, or emergencies at construction sitesResponsible for quality control programs on projectsEnsures all safety and environmental policies of the company and project owners are followed by all project personnelCoordinates constructability and compatibility with other trades and building systemsCoordinates and approves utility provider-specific requirementsMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE Five (5) years of experience in project management.Advanced knowledge of Bluebeam Revu, Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook and required. Working knowledge of SharePoint, Viewpoint and Procore is preferred.Have thorough knowledge of all aspects of construction (technology, equipment, materials, means, & methods, etc.).Experience managing projects 1 million and above.Experience managing large Commercial, Institutional, and/or Federal preferred.
