Retail Sales Consultant Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 17.00 to $ 19.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• First Shift (Monday through Saturday)
• Monday through Friday: 8:00 AM 5:30 PM
• Rotating Saturdays: 9:00 AM 1:00 PM
• Assist customers with flooring selection, design ideas, product information, and pricing
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
• Coordinate multiple customer projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
• Develop project timelines and maintain organized records
• Utilize technology and standard office applications to support daily operations. Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and team members
• Solve challenges and provide practical solutions to meet customer needs
• Participate in comprehensive sales training to become a Certified Flooring and Design Expert

Retail Sales Consultant Qualifications:

• Strong customer service and sales aptitude. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to logically analyze situations and resolve practical problems
• Proficiency with technology and common office software applications
• Self-motivated, career-focused, and eager to learn
• Retail sales, project coordination, or related experience preferred
• Education or experience related to business, sales, design, or customer service is a plus
