Job Summary

We are seeking an Office Manager to join our team. In this role, you will coordinate all administrative duties and office procedures, ensuring the workplace operates smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include scheduling meetings, paying invoices, and maintaining office equipment. The ideal candidate is highly organized with excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to implement systems and procedures. Experience in Home Health is a MUST. We are a non-medical home health agency looking to fill the role of a part time Office Manager. You will oversee the scheduling of home care aides to the clients, among other duties as assigned, working closely with the office coordinator. Strong communication is a must. 
Work is 3 days a week 9-5

Responsibilities 

• Maintain calendar of appointments and meetings


• Maintain scheduling layout with efficiency and organization in mind


• Collaborate with CEO to create, update, and maintain office procedures


• Maintain office equipment in good working order


• Pay and record invoices


• Assist in Payroll 


• Manage scheduling for clients as well as caregivers


• Interview and Onboarding of new employees


• Supervising administrative staff, assigning tasks and delegating work


• Provide updates to management on office operations


• Maintaining filing systems and document organization


• Handling incoming calls and emails, directing inquiries to appropriate personnel

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED required, some college preferred


• Previous experience as an Office Manager or similar position preferred


• Understanding of office equipment, systems, and procedures


• Skilled in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook


• Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks


• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Compensation: $23.00 per hour
