Legacy Heating & Cooling is a growing commercial HVAC company proudly serving the Inland Northwest. We are currently seeking a Lead Sheet Metal Installer to join our team for a major commercial HVAC project in Moscow, ID .
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled sheet metal professional who is ready to take on a leadership role, oversee installation work, and help lead a team while continuing to grow their technical and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead commercial HVAC ductwork installation projects from start to finish
- Coordinate and oversee daily job progress
- Maintain high standards for workmanship, quality, and efficiency
- Install commercial HVAC ductwork and related equipment
- Provide direction, support, and mentorship to installation team members
- Help ensure projects stay on schedule and meet project requirements
- Follow and promote all jobsite safety procedures and standards
- Communicate professionally and effectively with customers, coworkers, and project leadership
- Identify and address installation issues to keep projects moving efficiently
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of experience in sheet metal and/or commercial ductwork installation
- Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC ductwork installation and fabrication
- Proven ability to lead others and maintain high-quality workmanship
- Ability to read and understand plans, specifications, and installation requirements
- Valid driver's license with a clean and insurable driving record
- EPA certification is a plus
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Commitment to safety, quality, and professional workmanship
Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
