Pay Rate: $18.54 / Hour Job Schedule: Wed 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM Thur 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM Fri 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM How This Role Works: Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment. Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part-time hours this week and full-time the next. It’s all up to you. This role is ideal for candidates seeking part‑time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build‑up to a full‑time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed. Responsibilities: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors at a technology, media, and telecommunications location by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, entrances, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, or policy concerns. Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials in accordance with site procedures, and assist with maintaining an orderly environment. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem‑solving manner, following established escalation and reporting procedures. Complete required activity logs, incident reports, and shift communications accurately and promptly. Minimum Requirements: Customer service experience is preferred. Access control and badge experience is preferred. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
