Two full-time, onsite Speech-Language Pathologists are sought to deliver comprehensive speech services during the upcoming school year. With a contract term running from August through early June, you’ll play a vital role in helping elementary-aged students thrive academically and socially.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Hold a current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
• PA SLP Educator Certificate required
• Previous experience in a school setting strongly preferred
• Demonstrated ability to manage a diverse caseload effectively
• Adaptability and willingness to travel between assigned locations
• Skilled communicator and collaborator with staff, students, and families

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy in-person to K-12 students, following individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Manage a caseload of up to 50 students (single-site position), or travel between multiple elementary sites on a regular schedule (multi-site position)
• Complete thorough documentation, progress monitoring, and participate in IEP meetings
• Deliver support and consultation to classroom teachers and school teams
• Attend mandatory training sessions in August (specific dates and locations provided prior to school start)
• Foster a positive, inclusive environment where every student feels empowered to reach their goals

This contract role offers steady hours within a school-day schedule, with all duties performed on site. Candidates must be prepared for daily commutes to multiple locations and able to begin with required training prior to students’ return.
