Business Systems Analysis Sr. Advisor
Location: Austin, TX
Duration: Long Term Contract
Skills Required:
- Detailed job description
- Ideal candidate has Avaya Callback Assist implementations
- Large call center / Contact center experience is a must
- Telecom carrier experience is nice to have
- Avaya Breeze implementations are a plus
- Need a senior level PM for high visibility project to implement Avaya Callback assist globally
- Will work closely with the Program Manager for Telecom Enablement
- This may go into next year's roadmap
- Will work closely with the business supporting Services Deployment and Support, Global Business Operations (Sales and Care), and Dell Financial Services
- Will work with Avaya account managers and engineers to implement CBA
- Will work with Dell engineers to implement CBA
- Waterfall methodology primarily, Agile is a plus
- Experienced PM skills especially schedule management and risk management
- What is the work environment like? Fast paced
- Scrutiny on deliverables
- Meeting committed timelines
- Escalations to executive levels can happen fast
