This position is partially remote, requiring candidates to be located in specific convertible states. The role focuses on managing prior authorizations within a healthcare setting, specifically related to various medical examinations.Key Responsibilities* Process prior authorization requests for outpatient radiology, sleep, and cardiology exams.* Utilize electronic health record systems to manage patient data and authorization workflows.* Ensure all authorization activities are completed accurately and in a timely manner.* Coordinate with healthcare providers and insurance companies to facilitate the authorization process.* Maintain compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and internal procedures.Required Qualifications**Experience:** Must have experience with prior authorizations, specifically in radiology (outpatient radiology, sleep, and cardiology exams). General experience in the healthcare industry is also required.**Technical Skills:** Proficiency with Epic systems is a mandatory requirement.Compensation & BenefitsThe pay rate for this position is $23.00 per hour.
