The institution maintains established protocols and support systems to deliver comprehensive plastic surgery services across multiple care settings. Candidates must present with an Iowa license in hand or IMLC and a clean malpractice record prior to assignment commencement.

About the Clinician's Workday

The plastic surgeon will provide 24/7 call coverage across inpatient, clinic, OR, and ER settings for summer plastics coverage at a large facility. A schedule of 7 on/7 off or 2 weeks on/2 weeks off is preferred. Opportunity for clinic hours may become available once the assignment has commenced. Board certification is required, and the clinician must hold an Iowa license in hand or through IMLC with a clean malpractice history.
