Help children build the movement skills they need to explore, play, and participate. A Grade Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our growing pediatric therapy team in Charlotte and surrounding communities. This position provides evaluations and treatment in homes, daycares, and other community settings within an agreed service area. What you’ll do: • Evaluate gross motor development, mobility, strength, balance, coordination, and functional movement. • Develop individualized plans of care with practical, measurable goals. • Provide engaging treatment that supports participation in everyday activities. • Teach caregivers activities and strategies to support progress between visits. • Collaborate with occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, families, and other care providers. • Complete timely treatment notes, progress reports, reassessments, and discharge documentation. What we’re looking for: • A degree in physical therapy from an accredited program. • An active North Carolina PT license before beginning patient care. • Pediatric experience preferred. • Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and documentation skills. • Comfort working independently in community settings while collaborating with a team. • Reliable transportation for community visits.
