Full-time RN WOCN ConsultantMercy Home Health Care has a need for a Full-time (1.0 FTE - 40 hours weekly) RN WOCN Consultant. Coordinates treatment to provide comprehensive wound care assessments and plan of care including goals, implementation of treatment, evaluation and outcomes for patients. Provides patient, family, and staff education regarding wound management, prevention of pressure ulcers, support surfaces, dressing selections, and other therapies.Current RN licensure with WOCN required orCertified prepared wound, ostomy, and continence nurse (WOCN).Valid driver's license and car insurance.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
