Estate Planning Associate Attorney

Experience: Mid Level Salary: $130,000 - $200,000 per year Job Details Drafting wills, trusts, and powers of attorney and other related estate planning documents. Gift and estate tax planning for high-net worth individuals and families. Trust and estate administration Business entity formation and maintenance of corporate governance. Real estate closings. Preparation of federal and Illinois estate tax returns and federal gift tax returns. Collaboration with clients, attorneys, and professionals. Qualifications 1. A Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school. 2. An active license to practice law in the state of Illinois. 3. A minimum of 2+ years of experience as a Trust & Estates Attorney, with a strong track record in estate planning, individual taxes, and trust, gift, and estate taxes. 4. Excellent analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. 5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues. 6. A high level of integrity and professionalism, with a commitment to maintaining client confidentiality. 7. The ability to work independently and manage a large caseload, while maintaining a high level of attention to detail and meeting tight deadlines. 8.
